How to Use the Calculator

1. Open the Wire Rope Isolator Calculator.

2. Select Compression as the application case.

3. Choose Cabinet as the product type.

4. Enter cabinet weight, dimensions, shock load, excitation frequency, pulse duration, and number of isolators.

5. Click Calculate to view recommended isolators.

6. Compare the suggested models and review isolation performance, deflection, and resonant frequency.

7. Select the most suitable isolator with an appropriate safety margin.

8. Click Download Report and submit the required details.

9. Review the report to verify inputs, selected model, frequency, transmissibility, energy impact, and displacement values.

10. Save the report for customer review, quotations, CAD requests, or future reference.
